Supply Conditions<\/h3>\n

The supply agreement comes into force upon our confirmation of order which defines the content of the agreement. It shall be governed by Italian law and shall be subject to the standard condition of supply laid down by ASSOFLUID (hydraulic and pneumatic equipment manufacturers' Italian association) hereunder quoted in brief.<\/p>\n

<\/i> Exclusions and Technical data<\/h4>\n

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the supply does not include the project of the system, the installation, specific tests, instruction manual, training courses and all the other burdens and services not referred to in the Supplier's confirmation of order .
\nAll listed weights, data and specifications shown in the Supplier's catalogs, prospects and circulars are approximate: the Supplier reserves the right to introduce modifications to his equipments.<\/p>\n

<\/i> Prices & Payment<\/h4>\n

Prices do not include cost of fees, duty, local taxes, certification and any other additional cost .
\nPayment of goods supplied must be made to the Supplier within the date stated in the confirmation of order In the event of delay in payment, interest will be accrued according to the Italian law and any balance outstanding will be immediately due and payable
\nThe equipments supplied will remain the property of the Supplier until full payment of it has been made.<\/p>\n

<\/i> Deliveries<\/h4>\n

The supplies are intended ex works: the goods travel at the expense, risk and danger of the customer who has the obligation to check the quantity, size and good condition of the products at the time of delivery. We remind you that, in the event of damaged or missing elements, the customer must, in order not to lose his right of appeal against the transporter and \/ or transient, formulate all his complaints or reservations relating to transport through an out-of-court deed or by means of of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the carrier and \/ or transitory, within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the products
\nThe delivery period is approximate and shall be calculated by reference to working days, commencing from the date of Supplier's confirmation of order, provided that all technical and commercial details have been clarified<\/p>\n
